Jackie āJackā Rosemark, a third-generation metal fabricator is leading the industry with hands-on āold schoolā teachings and joining his ānew schoolā technology to provide quality products. Jack was born a second-generation South Florida native. Jackās admiration for metal work began at an incredibly young age. He would come home from middle school and started with bucking rivets for his grandfatherās custom airboat manufacturing business. During his high school years, he studied drafting and engineering which is where he perfected CAM/CAD modeling abilities. Starting in his early 20ās, Jack was given the opportunity to further his experience with precision sheet metal work in a high production atmosphere in the aerospace industry. Those next 10 years were spent at Sikorsky aircraft as a senior fabricator for military helicopters, such as UH-60L, UH-60M, UH-60 Seahawk, CH-53K, and H-92. Additionally, this opportunity was responsible for Jackās lean manufacturing experience and Sigma 6S training. During his employment at Sikorsky, he noticed that there were issues with the job shop industry, i.e. excessive lead times, and sub-par quality work.
Consequently, Jack developed a vision, had the drive needed to turn the job shop market around, and wanted to provide better-quality products with faster turn-around times. In 2015, it was then that Freedom Fabricators, Inc was born. While building Freedom Fabricatorsā reputation, he remained a full-time employee as a senior fabricator. Onward into 2018, a new career opportunity was brought to his attention in the astronautics field, also, as a senior fabricator for Aerojet Rocketdyne manufacturing the RL-10 rocket engine. In addition to all previous sheet metal background, Jack perfected leading edge sheet metal practices allowing him to produce far superior products to meet or exceed the astronautics expectations during his employment with them.
In conclusion, due to the rapid growth of Freedom Fabricators, Inc it was finally time to live the American dream. Jack made the decision in late 2019 to part ways with existing employers to fully dedicate his time to own and operate Freedom Fabricators. Since then, he and his highly experienced team of employees have been providing customers with precision products in short lead times due to the proficiency, the integration of automation, and the CNC equipment that Freedom Fabricators uses.
