Press brakes are ideal for a wide range of sheet metal bending jobs. Made in Belgium, our LVD PPED 150 Ton 7-Axis CNC press brake is a servo-controlled hydraulic system offering accurate and consistent bending results. The state-of-the art CNC software and technology allows us to input your desired part into the system to develop specific material cut lengths, the most efficient bending sequence, possible collision detection, accuracy with use of back gauges, and exceptional repeatability. We pair our LVD Press Brake with American-style precision tooling that is high-quality engineered to a tolerance of +/- .0008” on all critical dimensions assisting with our ability to achieve part-to-part repeatability. In addition, with the advantage of having automated crowning technology we are confident that each desired degree of bend will be consistent throughout the length of the material. Freedom Fabricators can perform a bending technique/method that decreases the presence of the die markings on your part if requested. Our press brake has the capability to bend up to 10’ in length of material.
