Freedom Fabricators, Inc. (FFI) serves commercial, industrial, agricultural, aerospace, and custom fabrication customers from our Jupiter, Florida facility. We provide solutions for production needs ranging from fixtures, patterns, and prototypes to complex fabricated components and production runs. Our team uses CAD/CAM software and advanced CNC equipment to turn customer designs into accurate, repeatable parts.
Our capabilities include CNC cutting, machining, bending and forming, MIG and TIG welding, drilling, sawing, punching, shearing, inspection, and related fabrication services. We work with a wide range of materials and project requirements, with an emphasis on tight tolerances, dependable turnaround, quality workmanship, and responsive customer support. Our Owner
Jackie “Jack” Rosemark is a third-generation metal fabricator and second-generation South Florida native whose experience in metalwork began early in his family’s custom airboat manufacturing business. He later studied drafting and engineering, developing CAD/CAM modeling skills before building extensive hands-on experience in precision sheet metal fabrication.
Jack spent approximately 10 years at Sikorsky Aircraft as a senior fabricator supporting military helicopter programs including the UH-60L, UH-60M, UH-60 Seahawk, CH-53K, and H-92. That work also expanded his experience with lean manufacturing and Sigma 6S practices. After seeing opportunities to improve quality and lead times in the job-shop market, he founded Freedom Fabricators, Inc. in 2015 while continuing his career as a senior fabricator.
In 2018, Jack moved into the astronautics field with Aerojet Rocketdyne, working as a senior fabricator on the RL-10 rocket engine and further developing advanced sheet metal practices. As Freedom Fabricators continued to grow, he left outside employment in late 2019 to focus full time on the company. Today, Jack and the Freedom Fabricators team combine hands-on fabrication experience, automation, and CNC technology to provide precision parts with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and dependable lead times.

Our Process
Every project starts with understanding the design, material, tolerances, quantity, and production requirements. Our team uses CAD/CAM modeling and CNC programming to prepare the work for fabrication and help maintain accuracy from the digital design through production.
Once the design and production requirements are established, our fabricators use the appropriate cutting, machining, forming, welding, and inspection processes to complete the work efficiently. This design-to-production workflow helps reduce errors, control lead times, and maintain repeatability.

Freedom Fabricators invests in CNC machinery, CAD/CAM software, precision forming equipment, machining equipment, and specialized welding systems to support accurate and repeatable fabrication.
Our equipment includes CNC waterjet and laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, CNC vertical milling, plate rolling, shearing, punching and ironworker capabilities, sawing, drilling, welding, and inspection tools. Combining modern equipment with experienced fabricators allows us to support both custom and production work while maintaining project specifications.
