CNC Waterjet Cutting

Our OMAX Maxiem 1530 abrasive waterjet uses 50,000 PSI water mixed with garnet to cut many materials without creating a heat-affected zone. The machine provides a cutting envelope up to 5′ × 10′, supports part nesting to improve sheet yield, and can maintain tolerances of ±0.005″ when project requirements and material conditions allow. Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass, copper, carbide, granite, stone, marble, tile, glass, plastics, polycarbonate, polypropylene, StarBoard, rubber, foam, wood, and more. Haas CNC Vertical Milling Machine

Our Haas TM-3P CNC vertical machining center uses automatic tool changing and a high-performance spindle to support efficient production of simple and complex components. Its cutting envelope is up to 40″ (X) × 20″ (Y) × 16″ (Z). The vertical spindle arrangement keeps the workpiece stationary, while coolant helps control heat, lubricate tooling, and remove chips during machining. AMADA Marvel Ironworker

Our heavy-duty 93-ton AMADA Marvel Ironworker is a fully integrated, dual-operator machine with five workstations for punching, round and square bar shearing, angle shearing, flat-bar shearing, and notching. It can punch holes up to 4-5/16″ in a single stroke; shear up to 2″ round bar or 2″ × 2″ square bar; cut angles up to 6″ × 6″ × 3/4″; and notch flat bar or angle up to 4″ × 2″ × 1/2″ steel. An adjustable electrical back gauge, alignment guides, and material hold-down support square, repeatable cuts with minimal distortion. Explore our punching and shearing services.

NC LEMAS Plate Roller

The LEMAS three-roll initial-pinch plate roller uses hydraulic adjustment of the rear bending roll and lower pinch roll for efficient, repeatable forming. The hydraulically tilting rear roll supports cone rolling, while the hydraulic drop end simplifies removal of completed cylinders. Learn more about our plate rolling capabilities.
