CNC HAAS Vertical Milling Machine

Vertical Mills can produce simple to complex metal parts. Made in the USA, our Haas TM-3P CNC Vertical Milling Machining Center is equipped with automatic tool changing and a high-performance spindle to decrease cycle times for faster part production and in return cutting down customer costs. It has a cutting envelope up to 40” of (X), 20” of (Y), and 16” of (Z). The cutting tool and spindle axis is aligned in a vertical position to the machine’s bed keeping the part stationary throughout production which will eliminate the chance of error and will provide a precise part. Coolant is used throughout the machining process to lubricate, prevent distortion or heating of the tooling and part, and for chip extraction to ensure tight tolerances are maintained.

NC LEMAS Plate Roller

The Lemas three-roll initial pinch bending rolls feature hydraulic adjustment of the rear bending roll and the lower pinch roll, providing reliability and efficiency. In addition, the rear roll is hydraulically tiltable for cone rolling, and the hydraulic drop end makes it simple to remove the completed cylinder from the rolls.

AMADA Marvel Ironworker

Ironworkers are multi-workstation machines that enable you to go from one operation to another without time-consuming tooling changes. Manufactured in the USA, our AMADA Marvel Ironworker is a heavy duty 93 Ton, fully integrated, dual operator machine with 5-workstations; punching, round and square bar shearing, angle shearing, flat bar shearing, and notching. Punching with an ironworker is a faster alternative to drilling holes. With this machine, we have capability to punch up to a 4-5/16” hole in a single stroke. The round and square bar shearing station allow for shearing various sizes, up to 2” round bar and 2” x 2” square bar. When using the angle shearing station, we can perform both straight and miter cuts of varying sizes of angle material, up to 6” x 6” x ¾” without a drop-out slug. The flat bar shearing station has the capability to straight cut and miter cut up to a 15” long x ¾” thick steel or 19” long x 5/8” thick without deformation of your material. The notching station is ideal for notching on either flat bars or angles, up to 4” x 2” x ½” steel. Equipped with an adjustable electrical back gauge system, two alignment guides that assure the squareness of every cut, and the adjustable hold down to keep any distortion to a minimum we can ensure your part will be always fabricated with accuracy.

CNC Water Jet Cutting

Abrasive water jet cutting can virtually cut any material quickly and efficiently. Made in the USA, our OMAX Maxiem 1530 is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC software and technology to have the fastest cutting speeds and best precision compared to any competitive abrasive water jet in the industry by utilizing 50,000 PSI (Pounds Per Square Inch) of water mixed with premium garnet. With the expertise of our highly skilled fabricators/machine operators, we are able to maintain tolerances of +/- 0.005” and provide exceptional edge quality. A critical advantage to water jet cutting is that it does not create any heat-affected zones or mechanical stresses to your product. Our OMAX Water Jet allows us up to a 5’ x 10’ cutting envelope to accept those larger projects or parts. In addition, we provide part nesting options to maximize the part-to-sheet yield and minimize material waste ultimately decreasing part cost.
