Made in the USA, our Haas TM-3P CNC Vertical Milling Machining Center is equipped with automatic tool changing and a high-performance spindle to decrease cycle times for faster part production and in return cutting down customer costs. It has a cutting envelope up to 40” of (X), 20” of (Y), and 16” of (Z). The cutting tool and spindle axis is aligned in a vertical position to the machine’s bed keeping the part stationary throughout production which will eliminate the chance of error and will provide a precise part. Coolant is used throughout the machining process to lubricate, prevent distortion or heating of the tooling and part, and for chip extraction to ensure tight tolerances are maintained
